Great class to return to ballet after some years away from the barre or to work on the basics of posture, technique, and center work.
The Intermediate Adult Ballet class reaches further into the art of ballet by taking the posture and technique learned from beginner ballet and expanding. Expect more advanced combination and variations pair with barre and center exercises.
Expect this class to cater to the advanced dancer with several years of ballet training. Work on more complicated exercises and variations. Class begins with a barre followed by center. While this class does not build on itself in choreography, expect to be familiar with ballet technique and terminology.
