Spotlight Vermont Facility Rental

Our South Burlington facilities are available to rent when studios are not otherwise scheduled to be in use.  Rates vary depending on the size of the studio, type of rental, day, time of day and length of rental desired. Depending on use, there may be additional requirements for things like lighting, sound, box office services, etc. Details are available below.

Additionally, we sometimes make our South Burlington facility available in its entirety for special rentals. This option is usually limited to the summer months after our annual Showcase has completed. At present, Bill Reed Voice Studio and New York Stage Originals (Tap Kids Intensive) hold summer week-long intensives at Spotlight with more in the offing.

Please Note: Third parties renting Spotlight facilities are required to provide a certificate of insurance naming Spotlight Vermont as an additional insured.
